Doma Vaquera Fiesta
Forget about the British Summer (or lack of it). Let’s create our own sunshine at the Doma Vaquera Fiesta, which is being hosted by El Caballo de España, protected from the elements in their indoor school at their professional training centre in Northamptonshire, UK.

Peter Maddison-Greenwell, founder of El Caballo de España has kindly offered to host the first UK Doma Vaquera Fiesta for those who wish to bring their horses for the day and participate in the activities, have fun and be prepared to learn something new.

The emphasis for the day is fun, fun and more fun through the enjoyment our own horses and each others company. Everyone will have a chance to show what they can do with their horses whilst at the same time having the opportunity to learn more about Doma Vaquera as Peter will be on hand to provide training.

This is your chance to learn more about Doma Vaquera, some of the techniques used and how to train your own horse. There will be demonstrations of Doma Vaquera throughout the day with plenty of Spanish music to add to the atmosphere. Have you ever wanted to learn how to use a garrocha? Come and learn.

Interested? All those attending must book in advance on a first come first served basis as spaces for spectators and riders are limited.

Bring some food and drink that can be shared with others at the buffet.
